Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

📏 How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart and fit recommendations. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for more comfort with the workout fits, and sizing down for waist trainers as they are stretchy.

🔄 Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

💌 Can I change or cancel my order?
We ship quickly, so if you need to make a change, please email us within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, we can’t guarantee changes can be made.
🧼 How do I care for my waist trainer or sets?
Hand wash in cold water and air dry only. Do not bleach or iron. Following these steps will help your pieces last longer and stay snatched!
